I was asked by my boss, John, to help interview a soon to be college grad for an engineering position in our PM Office. When I asked him what kind of questions he wanted me to ask, he said to try and get a feel for the guy's technical expertise. Unfortunately, John wasn't going to have time to sit in on the interview himself
