Game of Thrones Finale & True Blood Preview
I've become hopelessly addicted to Game of Thrones. The finale last night was perfect. I find that as I read the books along with the show I become more and more pleased. I can't wait until next Spring for "Book 2". I must have more of Jon and Arya - they are by far my favorites. A close second is Tyrion, even though he is a dirty Lannister. :)
The 8 minute preview they aired last night after Game of Thrones of True Blood was quite easily one of the stupidest things I have ever seen. Since when did the Sookie Stackhouse novels become an excerpt out of a made for TV SyFy flick? Because I could have sworn that's what I was watching last night. I'm hoping this season has way way way way less of that crap because if so, it's going to be a real chore to keep my interest and not scoff at every episode. A shame too since I was really looking forward to this season based on the book that it will go into. Here's hoping next week will not be as disappointing as that clip was last night.
The summer continues with my apprenticing with my dad in his lab. My five year wedding anniversary is tomorrow and I have no idea what to get my husband as a gift. It's supposed to be wood, but I really have no clue.
