Owen was running down the sidewalk, tearing by people and apologizing as quickly as he could. He'd apparated to the wrong place and had gotten lost and had been desperately trying to find the pub he said he'd meet Dennis and Ginny at for far too long now. His only excuse was that his mind hadn't been in the right place since his mum and dad had quite literally stopped talking to him.

This was a right mess and Owen didn't even want to know the amount of time he'd probably spend apologizing when he finally saw the pub and he threw the door open, chest heaving, an an apologetic smile slapped onto his face.

"Sorry I'm late."

"Yeah, sorry. I've been standing here watching these ruddy people stare at me, Owen! Really, what took you so long?" Ginny nearly felt bad that she was being so impatient, but then someone started staring at her again because apparently she had raised her voice, and she was ready to scream again.

She watched as Dennis kissed Owen's cheek and said 'Hi, No, it's fine, I think it's her time of the month' and 'Yeah, she's been a bit irritable lately. Don't they have potions for that where she works?'

Hearing enough of that nonsense, she poked Owen, "We should get going now, we're supposed to be there in fifteen minutes."

Grinning sideways at Dennis, Owen shrugged and spoke quietly. "Can't be helped, can it?"

Turning back to Ginny, Owen nodded. "Good thing it didn't take me another fifteen minutes to get here, then. 'M ready when you are." He wasn't even quite sure where they were headed, and didn't quite care either. As long as it was someplace they might get to live.

Lacing his fingers through Dennis', he looked from Dennis to Ginny. "You might want to get used to the staring, though."

Dennis grinned back, making sure not to let Ginny see. "No, I don't think it can."

They began walking towards the flat that they would be looking at, which was just up the block. Dennis silently wondered if this could be the place.

After Owen's comment, Ginny seemed to stop getting so impatient with the people staring, though she did make a face at someone that seemed particularly upset about Dennis and Owen holding hands and being so close to each other. That was one of the things Dennis had always liked about Ginny, she wasn't afraid to stick up for her friends.

Once they reached the flat that they would be looking at, Dennis was quite excited. He let go of Owen's hand and ran up the steps, humming happily.

When they got inside of the flat Dennis turned to Ginny and Owen. "Well? I don't know, actually. I'm not fond of the curtains, or the colours."

Owen peered around the place, hands jammed into his pocket. Meandering around the place and poking around the tiny rooms, Owen wasn't overly fond of the place either. Stepping out from the kitchen, Owen shrugged.

"We can always change the colours, you know. But the cabinets aren't big enough for a bloody box of cereal. And the bedroom, Dennis.. not nearly big enough."

Turning to Ginny, he raised an eyebrow inquisitively. "What do you think?"
