Hey, I hadda open someone's ramune at AI because they didn't know how to do it! They carried it all the way to the hotel lobby, too!

Housing in DeKalb is inexpensive compared to the 'burbs, and comes with a ready-made anime club. :D

What we need as convention staffers is more volunteers and more staffers. We especially need people on Sundays. I know you're working your booth, but I'm just observing that otaku seem to have lost the knowledge that they have to help run the con, otherwise it doesn't happen. It's a constant battle to get people to run panels as well. I know you can't solve these problems directly, but we need to work on changing the mindset of convention attendees. We really hate having to shut things down because we don't have enough volunteers (like I had to end pachinko half an hour early because of that).
