Yes, it was five years ago today when I launched the hopeful web store that I dubbed "Fast Food Anime." I was frustrated working for others, and seeing people making a living from their hobby at 2003's AnimeIowa, I surmised that I should also be able to. I could work from home, manage my own hours, and watch as much anime as I want

I'm happy that I can be part of the success of FFA. Since I am at work now (just a few hours after returning from Youmacon) I can't have a beer, but I will still raise my Diet Coke in a toast. * cheers *

Woo! I'm sure many a No Brander is happy that this startup student-run convention that has inspired many others (most recently Anime Milwaukee and DaishoCon) was also the chosen launch-pad for your great endeavor! I'd be sure to thank Vinnk too for a nearly annual influx of stock! ;)
