I had custody of the AOL account. Mom and Dad were using the AOL buddythingamabob...where they were not logged in, but they could still get their messages. It was fine for MONTHS.

THEN BAM

One day I checked my credit card, and I had a 792 charge from AOL. When I called, I had to go through this same situation. They looked, and realized that BOTH people could not be signed on at the same time. They did reverse the charges, and after they did, I cancelled my account.
