I will help. I have plenty of experience in combat and if it'll help, I can cast magic as well. Also, do you have any plans on how to lure Hazama out of hiding? I doubt he'll just walk out into the open for us.

...No, he won't. Unfortunately, I don't have any bait myself that Hazama will want. If you saw his transmission, no amount of taunting is going to bring him out. ...But I have an associate who is more likely able to lure him out. When he has a plan, he'll let me in on it, and that's when we make our move.

Can he control smoke?

If his ability is like Doflamingo's and a puppetry more or less through wires, I may be resistant. If it is something else entirely, I'm not sure, but I'll do what I can.
