[You know, having seen Adell around for the first time in days, there's no way Charlotte Hazelrink could ignore him. But seeing his mood, well... it was hard to ignore that too. She decided to let him have some distance, but off-hand stalk him most of the later part of the day since she ran into him. And then he goes to the bar. Oh. She watches him go in, blinks a bit, and then smiles before...

[...What? He'll turn his head toward the door. He's sitting on a stool at the bar, and the look is pretty obvious. ...Charlotte? What's she doing here? Not that he really minds. He'll manage something of a light smile and he'll give her a wave.]

[After the day he's had, she's really a sight for sore eyes. At least something other than breakfast has gone right today. He'll turn around in his stool so he can face her, leaning one arm against the counter.]

What brings you out here? Didn't think you ever came into the bar.

[Koakuma had been trying to help Terra look for Adell before the discovery that had basically turned what life she's had here so far straight up onto its head, so when she had to get out of her apartment to try not to think about the latter of the aforementioned events, she quickly noticed him going toward the bar.

In part due to her failed attempts to find him and in part due to the loneliness slowly working its way into her mind, she decides to follow him. Koa is making no effort at all to not be noticed, so it's entirely possible that Adell will catch a glimpse of the little devil tailing him.]

[It'll take awhile before he looks back. For awhile, he looks deep in thought, until he gets a restless feeling of being followed. He'll look back over his shoulder, and catches glimpse of Koa's bright red hair, the black bat wings giving some contrast to it.

...Oh, Koakuma. If Patchy was gone... then that means she's probably feeling down too. He'll turn around fully and motion for her to come closer.]

[She readily complies, picking up her pace just enough to catch up. When she reaches him, it may be easy to see that she looks-to put it as simply as possible-lost; Patchouli's disappearance has taken an understandably-heavy toll on her.]

Adell, I-I... [She isn't even sure what she wants to say.]

[Her expression isn't lost on him. That uncertainty and worry... it's plain as day. ...Words escape him right now as well, though. So he'll manage the best he can. He sounds pretty upset himself, but her company is... actually welcome.]

I'm sorry, Koakuma. [A brief pause.]...Walk with me?

[By night time Luki will have settled down a bit already, he won't have changed clothes but he looks obviously resigned to being stuck there. To find himself in another world, with Gakuko's original there and supposedly his own original as well, lost somewhere... Luki can't help but feeling out of place.

Fortunately this isn't something a good drink and a smoke can't fix. So he will be found in the first bar he finds, Good Spirits, drinking whiskey as if it was his fuel and smoking. He notices Adell but won't bother him until a good while, when he himself feels that company in moping is what he needs as well.]

[He'll look over to this person after taking another drink out of his glass. ...Looks like a New Feather. He looks vaguely familiar, but... no, it's not anyone he knows.]

Just found myself her today. Away from home, from my friends, my girls and my life.

[Luki raises his glass in a mocking toast.]

[He'll raise his own glass. He does sound genuine, but a lot of his normal energy just isn't there tonight.]

[With no word from Adell for so long, Flonne had resigned herself to believing he was kidnapped silently -- even if a silent kidnapping didn't seem fitting for Adell in the least.

So, seeing him walk out of his room? Definitely surprising. Flonne immediately jumps up from the couch she was sitting on and races over.]

Adell! You're back!

Back? ...I was gone?

[...First thing that came to his mind, after all. He thought the whole thing was just a dream. ...It is just the next day, isn't it? That confusion is genuinely expressed on his face.]

Huh? W-well, yes, of course you were! I haven't seen you for at least five days now!

Five days?! Are you serious?! Last thing I remember for sure was going to bed and then...

[Didn't... didn't the monochrome world last for around that long? ...He's not really sure.]

[Terra is half-studying, half-moping in the library, taking a break from patrolling the area for any sign of danger...and Adell's return. So, of course that means she misses him earlier. She's curled up on a couch, and couldn't look less interested in what she was reading.

Stretching, she glances around. Is that--she stands up suddenly, making noise as she dumps her book in the process.]

Adell?!

[Well, that's a sight for sore, tired eyes. He's not looking too hot right now, not compared to normal. He'll manage a smile when he sees her, but it's not very wide. ...But given the news he just learned of Patchouli's return home, it's way more than most people would get at the moment.]

Hey, Terra.

[Terra rushes over, relief evident.]

You look a lot better than I would have thought, for a kidnapping....

[And she trails off, relief subsiding as she looks him over. Evidently, she had spoken too soon. At once, her expression is all concern.]

Adell, what's wrong?

Patchouli got sent home. I just found it out a couple of minutes ago. Disappeared sometime while I was away. She had been kidnapped before then, but... none of her possessions are at the front desk.
