John couldn't really be brought to care about a bunch of ambassadors, given his past experience with large government entities.
But nonetheless he was in his dress uniform, at lest for the next 15 minutes until he headed down to make sure medical was stocked for all the different spices that where currently on board.
Spock finished getting his uniform suited on him, his hair combed and face shaved before checking the room. No sign of John. He thought about where his mate could be before heading to Medical to see if he had escaped there.
"I know you realize that the captain has ordered all three of us to be present for this...recreational get-together, correct?" He asked, a brow raised and a slight turn of the corners of his lips.
"I will stay here with you then until you are ready to depart for the recreation room." Spock moves to sit on the biobed, watching him for a few moments. "I was informed you had already done inventory during the early hours of Alpha shift."
