i was sent this video on facebook from my old master (now grand-master) in tae kwon do. i kid you not, this clip is from about 8 or 9 years ago just after i tested for my 2nd degree black belt.

not sure where the fish-eye thing came from. i'm just more amazed that someone had a video from that long ago.

my sister does tae kwon do - she's been at it for about 2 years and is a blue belt :)

she's awesome though, especially for, you know, being 12 (she's my height and all she has to do is pull her arm back for me to duck and cover lol). Hoepfully she sticks with it long enough to get her rising degrees of black belts. I'll show her the video for motivation. ;)

I've got to show you a few pics of her in action - I've got some of them lying around from her promotion tests.

i've been slowly getting back into that style of staff. it's more for tournaments and competitions, hence why i don't use it as much at practice.

practiced a bit today, went a little harder than i should have, and i have the bruises to prove it. hehe.
