Ah, well, fingers crossed for the job interview, but I always have trouble lying about that stuff too. I like to think they appreciate the honesty, but that doesn't exactly get you hired in most cases 8\

Sorry again about bailing on you yesterday (and for not getting your text until an hour after you'd sent it -- my phone is an amazing piece of technology >->;;)

Yeah, I really wish I could just find a temporary, year-long position, that I'd feel no guilt about taking and no guilt about leaving. Or a job at a place big enough that the same sentiment would apply.

If I do I'm probably going to tell them straight that I'd leave after a year and see if they still want to talk to me.

AT THIS POINT IN TIME I AM ONLY GIVING AWAY MY OLD DESK. Do you want my old desk?

Most my Seattle friends are pretty exhausted in terms of recommendations, so I'm just nosing at the grindstone and applying to whatever I see.

It should happen. If not soon them I'm hoping for sometime in October. Idk, we'll see.

Mmm. It's not like you have to stop looking after you've gotten one, too.

Exactly! If I find something that's not quite what I want I will still keep on hunting.

Huzzah! I will keep this in mind ♥
