So these past two days were the JET mid-year conference which was hilariously something that I was looking forward to but wound up being exceptionally disappointing.

Well, this sounds familiar!

I can't say I completely get where you are coming from, as I spent my time at the equally worthless mid-year CIR conference (which is similar, in that the speaker of the seminar you go to probably doesn't have to deal with the kind of stuff you do and so forth). I certainly hope the BOE recognizes that things need to be saner for you. >_<

Hopefully the other JETs will be a bit friendlier at the Holiday Party (if there is one). *hug* Be strong!
