Just throwing an update here that I am all right in the wake of the earthquakes. I'm in Kyoto which is a fair distance away from Miyagi, Fukushima, and Ibaraki, which were the worst hit. The entire situation is really awful, though, so I'd just like to ask if anyone has the means, please consider donating to relief efforts like The Red Cross or

Glad to know you're ok, I know even outside the quake zones there have been tremors and aftershocks (heck, there have been three-foot waves off the coast of Washington state). Stay safe. ^_^

Glad to hear you are okay. If you haven't heard about it from others already, it was announced at yesterday's Anime Detour meeting that the proceeds from this year's charity auction will be specifically going to the Red Cross' Japan relief fund. There are going to be other donation stations for Japan set up around the con as well.
