The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Hello!
I went and saw The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader today(BOO i missed 01-02-10 by 1 MINUTE! I saw the movie on 01-02-10). i liked it a lot! i liked it better than The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. my two main complainants; there are two VERY different things they added to the movie that where not in the book.
*SPOILERS AHEAD*
In the book, Caspian has set out to find the 7 lords that his uncle sent out to get rid of them. Caspian wants to find out what happened to them. that's it. that is the main point of the book. that wasn't enough for a movie i guess; so they had to add this "evil mist" that the group must go get rid of. how? they have to get all 7 lord's swords and bring them to Aslan's table. what?? this was not at all part of the book. OK, the movie was fine and actually really good with this two added things, but i still think the book as is would have made a great movie.

I am very glad everyone came back for this movie besides the voice for Reepicheep the mouse. not sure why he is different. speaking of, him and Aslan look AWESOME. it is amazing what they can do with CG these days. Ben Barnes as Caspian was great and so good looking! ;) overall, a very good movie and i REALLY hope they make more of the Narnia books. ANY Narnia fan should go see this movie; if you are a fan, but have decided not to see it because of the changes, go see it anyway. it needs to make a good amount of money so they know to make more of the Narnia movies!
