You know, there are things that many people take for granted. One of them, is being able to have water at all. and many people are unable to cope when you remove even the smallest thing
BUT GOD DAM.... do I love my hot water in winter
I shiver at the thought of going 8 months with out it

I'd go with bi-polar.. unless you can see a distinct seperation of behaviour... and ways of movement
I'vew always send that any animal have the mind power of a 1-2 year old child and some go as high as 4
then you have monkeys and dolphins which match at least a stupid human

Two: A dog is an animal, ascribing human conditions to it is merely trying to understand something you simply cannot, even If you're a fan of the furry culture. My advice, unless you suspect it has rabies, chalk the incident up as you putting your hand too close to a mouth lined with sharp teeth.

Two: It doesn't make sense that an animal one minute can be fine and dandy and then not even a second later he will bite for no apparent reason. If he was showing signs of being upset then it would be obvious to leave him alone. That, and I wasn't that close to him. I have raised dogs essentially all my life, and I know that they all have different temperaments and different personalities. One dog can be really lazy while another really active and playful, which would be the stepping stone to indicate that they have different mental patterns. So, if personality can be attained why can't mental disorders?
Even now, he has been sleeping next to me all day. Yesterday he was the same way. Now odds are tomorrow, he won't go anywhere near me and be growling at me anytime I try to go outside.
I know he doens't have rabies or anything of the like, because he is an inside dog.

Two; That's exactly my point: It DOESN'T make sense. Nor is it ever going to be something we humans can understand. We've been cultured to think a certain way, while animals (as we classify them) do not. Cause & effect is a human concept, something alien to dogs as well as every other lifeform on this planet. So while I don't blame you for being shocked because your dog snapped at you for no discernable reason, I urge you to question your accepted value system of what you beleive to be the norm of animal behavior.
