So I wasn't really at home much yesterday and when I finally logged on I got punched in the face with One Piece.

I don't really trust Kuma's paws to take you where you'd really "like to take a vacation," that sick bastard. So I figure that Zoro's holed up with Perona who's living comfortably in a tiny chamber of Kuma's body with legions of other pirates.
OR he could be near something like a Marine HQ. Wonder if they'd put him with Ace so that they may make many "examples" of why Luffy should surrender himself. Or they're gonna catch Beckman or Yasopp next and then the Marines are gonna have one hell of a large amount of awesomely strong angry pirate captain after their asses.
OR maybe he actually ended up where he desired, Sanji's pants Mihawk's lap lair. And then Mihawk, with a injured and bleeding Zoro in his tiny boat thing, will be "WTF?" and take Zoro to land and they'll talk and Mihawk won't fight him because he's not in top form and/or if Zoro passes out then Mihawk will give Zoro to Shanks to return to Luffy. Hah.
Actually, if he's gonna be micro-sized and stuck somewhere on Kuma then what about in that bible? It's possible.
Zoro. OMG Sanji tried so hard to keep you from being taken. OMG Sanji. You must feel like shit. This incident might spur Luffy into beating the crap out of Kuma and during the battle Kuma will tell Luffy about what Zoro did for him back on Thriller Bark and Luffy's not going to like that one bit.

Where would Zoro even want to vacation? The Super Strong Swordsmen Island? He'd get there and be all liek, "... I didn't think this place actually existed..." And then he'd be mad, "I NEED TO GET BACK!! THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME!!" He stops to look around. "FUCK!"

So I haven't read everyone else's theories yet and I need to do so right now. If anything I said looks like something else someone else said... well, they say great minds think alike.
