I finally got my placement! :D I’ll be living in a city called Mitoyo (三豊市) in Kagawa prefecture (香川県) on the island of Shikoku (四国). For those who don’t know where that is, here are some maps:

We really need to hammer out a date when we can get together. Unfortunately, most of my weekends are full, but I'm free on Tuesdays and Thursdays! :3

The kitty is really cute ^_^ and if my Wiki weren't so mean, I'd keep him. But he was hissing at her this morning.

Anyway, she has green eyes and she's very active. She walks, she talks (a lot), she chomps on hands and faces if you let her get close enough! She purrs easily. She's got all her claws and teeth though I can't tell if they're milk teeth or not. She doesn't seem to have any fleas!

Anyway, if you want her, let us know!

Isn't that where that girl in Azumanga Daioh finally found herself an Iromote Wildcat? I can't remember, but it sounds right.

Oh man, six week old kittens are adorabibble. I'll ask the significant other, as he has just purchased a townhouse and is now in the market for a fluffball of his very own.

The Iriomote cat is found only on Iriomote, which is on the island of Okinawa and is actually about 1244 miles from Mitoyo. ^^ But you're close!

And I really hope someone takes him. As you can see below, I have now found out that the LSU Vet School doesn't take in strays. ;__;

I talked to the boy today, but alas, he isn't interested in getting a ball of fluff from Baton Rouge. :(
