You'll be fine. If you are not feeling 100% tomorrow, then get it checked out. Laying down on the cold floor (though that probably wasn't part of your original plan) may have done you some good.

I have walked away from a big car accident and a MAJOR smash of metal into my head (2 separate incidents, both resulting in me missing HEAPS of time). But when you are the only one looking after yourself, I guess you just pick yourself up and get on with it.
