What's going on LJ?

Whenever I try to open up LJ on my laptop the webpage just hangs forever... I thought it may just be because I have poor internet reception (no broadband or ADSL in this part of the world; I'm stuck with a variable 3G mobile network to get online). But now I'm thinking it may have something to do with LJ itself, since other websites load ok (

Here in Europe it seems to work. Sometimes it really is the reception.. I had a major problem with gmail a few days ago, but when I tried on my mobile (other carrier) it worked normally.

It really depends on what server your access is going through. Here in the Uk i have no such problem,touch wood.
