I LOVE IT!!! Caroline is so phenomenal and gah there's so much plot in this!! I absolutely adored the twist with Lucy! Totally didn't see that one coming! When she made Elena black out I was like, "Shoulda listened to Damon! Tsk, tsk, Elena!" Also, so glad Jeremy's not dead, but he needs a cooler girlfriend than Bonnie! Anna needs to come back and show that boy what he's missing! Oooh, maybe you could do a fic with Stefan/Caroline AND Jeremy/Anna! Since you can do the whole multi-chapter thing and I can barely do a one-shot, I'm passing all my plot bunnies onto you, haha! Also, last line "And she gave me her powers." I was like DUN, DUN, DUN! AND WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO WITH THOSE, BONNIE?? Anyway, genius stuff, and sorry this is such a rambley giant paragraph...it's past my bedtime, but I've been up pondering all the awesome new plot/Delena cuteness.

What did you think about this chapter from Caroline's POV? I was so excited to get to write this from her perspective. I don't know why, it just seemed to work and make sense, and I was really happy to get to do it.

Ohmygosh. I was SO SAD to say goodbye to Anna in this chapter. I know we never saw her or anything, but I really liked having her around! >_< I'm dorky like that. Maybe Anna could possess Bonnie or something.

Hahaha I'll take the cryptic as long as it leads to future Stefan/Caroline! You can bet I'll be bugging you about this the day the story ends. I'm seeing bugging in my comment on the final chapter already. And I think Anna possessing Bonnie would be super cool! I liked having her around too, and your sendoff was really sweet!

Caroline's POV kicked ass, because Caroline kicks ass. As with the other characters you seem to have her thought processes, dialogue, mannerisms, and the whole deal down really well, which is why CAROLINE/STEFAN SHOULD BE IN YOUR NEXT FIC, so there can be even more from her perspective! See with the bugging? Also, she's my favorite. So there's that.

Loved that Jeremy came back and also love that he was telling the ghosts to tell Jenna that they were okay - such a touching moment! Thank you so much for this, fathers day was a bit of a pain in the butt so it was really nice to have this to come home to!

I'm so sorry Father's Day was rough... :( That's definitely not a day you want to have as annoying! But I'm glad the chapter helped a little!

Oh, Jeremy's goodbye with Anna was hard for me. I love Anna--I was SO upset when she died that I brought her back in History--and then to have her talking about Jenna, who I also love? Ugh. LOL! I was a little relieved when the chapter was over, just because I was getting all emotional about it. LOL!

Good lord woman, you nearly gave me a heart attack! Killing Jeremy like that....but you saved him, so I'm okay now. : )
I loved how you included that little detail of Caroline's view of how overbearing Damon can sometimes be when it comes to Elena. Having attention brought to how he sees her and how much he cares about protecting her...it's heart melty stuff.
OH!!! And I almost forgot about Alaric's pain at Jeremy's faux death!! That was such a great moment. You really showed how much he's come to care for not only Jenna, but Elena and Jeremy too. I love the bonds he has with both of them, Jeremy in particular. I really hope they develop that in the upcoming season.

I really wanted to emphasize Alaric's devotion to Elena and Jeremy. I really think he sees the two kids as his family, and I really like the storyline in that. Without Jenna, those kids need a parent, and I like that he's kind of there to fill in that role, even if it's unspoken. He's a good dad. I hope he gets to be a dad some day.

I'm so happy you liked Caroline's POV on this chapter!! I was really excited to get to do a chapter from Caroline's perspective, and this one just seemed so perfect for it. I didn't even mean to when I started writing, it just kind of happened. But I liked it a lot. And I liked showing the Delena relationship from a third-party point of view, so I'm glad you liked what she noticed, too. Thank you! :D
