Don't think you need to bother with something like Rosetta stone. It's for people who don't know the language at all. You were 12 when you came to the US, right? So your language competence in Korean is already at nearly adult levels, it's just "asleep" so to speak. You haven't forgotten it. All it takes is some Korean friends that you can speak Korean with, and it'll come back to some extent. The best way to bring it all back is to spend a few weeks in Korea and immerse yourself in a totally Korean environment, preferably without the chance to speak much English.
