Are you saying it's not realistic because you think you'll have trouble getting into med school? Or have you suddenly lost your motivation to be a life-saver (preferably strawberry)?
If you're worried about getting into a good med school, then yeah, you may need to go to a school with a weaker reputation than you had hoped. It's really not that big of a deal. If you go into anesthesiology, you'll be in private practice anyway and making tons of cash, right? Regardless, you'll do well as a doctor and it's time to stop doing these post-bacc things and actually get your life back on track... because honestly, you were never off-track, you just refused to keep going in the direction you had pointed yourself. YOU DIDN'T EVEN APPLY!!!
If you've really lost your motivation, then yeah you need to pick something new, but I really don't think running triathlons or being a personal trainer is the answer. You need a career. What aspect of being a doctor no longer appeals to you? It's a large field with many different types of work and
