An elderly Jewish man in a London hotel calls the operator and asks, in broken English with a heavy Yiddish accent, for the number 266419.

Shortly afterwards there is a knock on his door. He opens it to find two beautiful and sexy girls outside who ask him, "Are you the guy who ordered 2 sexy shikses for one night?"
