I'm assuming you're using the free Google Apps service. There isn't a direct tech support option there.
If you pay $50/user/year for the "Google Apps for Business" service, you will get email (web, actually) and telephone ticketing to Google support. It's another pair of sections in the support section of the admin dashboard. I administer sjsu.edu and westercon66.org's Google Apps (Education and non-profit, respectively, it's the business service but free to eligible institutions) and use the ticketing service with great success.
We're using the free Google Apps for bovil.com and twistedimage.com, and are mostly happy with it, but I've considered upgrading to the business solution myself. It might be worth $100/year (we have 2 accounts) to get rid of the ads.
