I think I threw my shoulder out. Thomas and I had just set up the entertainment center. I was laying on the floor, watching him "test" Guitar Hero. Well, I reached up to do something and my neck and shoulders went, "OUCH, DON'T DO THAT!"

Now everything is sore and it hurts to move or lift things in a certain way.
