Putting the fear of God into our neighbours

We've just had two police officers here...

They were called by one of our neighbours, who had seen me walking down the street with my musket.

They said we were lucky that they didn't send a full armed unit to surround the house.

Hehehehehe, I feel accomplished. Scaring chavs is fun.

You don't need a licence for a replica. Unfortunatly its inactive (the barrel is blocked and there's no powder chamber) but I've adapted it for caps, and the mechanism is fully cocking (heheh, that sounds rude)

I got it from an army surplus store in York, only about £40. Its a Long Land Pattern Musket, aka Brown Bess. Its very menacing, especially to someone who doesn't know a thing about guns. :D
