[Dug had been spending his Valentine's day (so far!) completely oblivious to the fact that it actually is V day. He's simply much more intent on exploring more of the school and hasn't even realised that he's wandered into the Dance studio.
That is, until he hears a familiar, yet distressed, voice.]
Miss Lottie? Are you okay?
[He pads over to Lottie, nudging his head against her arm. Forget your troubles and enjoy all the fluffy that is Dug.]
[Oh, Dug, you wonderful over-sized teddy bear fluffy pooch, you. Her eyes widen a bit in surprise, though they soften at the canine, her hand reaching out to pat his head.]
...Sort of... well, not really, I s'pose.
I'm goin' t'be an old maid 'fore I find a beau, Dug! I don't know what t'do!
