Okay, so I'm officially going FRIENDS ONLY with this journal.  There are a few reasons for this, but most of them have to do with the very personal posts I've been making lately, and that's not going to change any time soon.

ALSO a Marvel fangirl, but to a somewhat lesser extent than my Whedon/Gaiman fangirlesqueness. So, Whedon writing that Astonishing X-Men arc? Kinda made part of my brain explode in a giant geekgasm. ;)

YES. Ye gads, YES. Best comic arc in the history of comic arcs (imho). Kitty and Colossus and just... gah! Everything! I cried. And then read it again and again and again.

Hi from Australia,
I've just found your "A Midwinter's Thaw" work and I'm in love with your words. Truly. I wish your creation was an approved DA publication so I could buy it and have the whole story to glomph in one go. (and hug it and squeeze it and call it George in a terribly fan-girlish way.)
I lost an entire night's sleep trying to catch up with your story and am delighted to have done so.
I'm an aspiring writer of dark fantasy when not playing DA (or coping with the mundanities of life) and loving how you and pagerunner_j are developing the characters. I'll stop nattering now before I bore you silly but I did want to say hi and thanks for the wonderful reading experience.
