I was looking through the descriptions of America's DOMA act (Defense of Marriage Act) and found this eye-opening map that says it all... about how far we've come for gay rights and how much more we need to go

Never noticed that before. Very interesting. Its frightening to think of the extremities of the map. In Africa alone, you can go from legalized same sex marriages to death for simply being gay.
