Bryan- Now you understand why I was willing to do anything for my kids, even if it ment breaking myself on a bicycle! I think you may have given that little girl more happiness than you could have ever realized. Sometimes people view deafness, blindness, or some sort of mental disablility as a handicap. I've found that those "handicaps" make that person appreciate the senses they do have. They work through their disablilities to the point where they have a better sense of things than us who have all our senses. It takes a blind person to get you to stop and smell, feel and really see the roses and it takes a deaf person to really let you hear the beauty of music.
