[Aqua's decision to head out into the Mist was one she thought out, at least to the best of her abilities. She had an idea of what to expect out there. She had seen the damage the Mist could do, remembers it vividly and what happened when it engulfed her being and threw her to a wasteland of an island. There was a small part of her that feared

[Sadly, Clopin wasn't about to let her leave Joe West to go back to Hoover without a "buddy", even long after the blonde had found the original object of her visit to be nowhere in sight.

If not for Aqua's armor clanking against the old wood floors, she wouldn't have realized that someone had returned. The sound was out of place, worrisome, alien. She hurries around the corner just in time to see Aqua's door close.

...Several different explanations run through her head, and none of them she likes. Charlotte scurries to the door and knocks lightly.]

A-Aqua? Are you in there?

[Aqua doesn't hear anyone else scurrying around. The moment she closes her door, she leans heavily against it. Her hand moves to her right side, instantly hissing form the slightest pressure. Okay, she just has to dismiss her armor and---

Lottie's at her door?

If she says something, maybe the blonde will want to come in? But, she can't! Not with Aqua looking the way she does. But if she doesn't say anything, Lottie might continue to knock and draw more attention.....tough call.]

[Quite the catch 22, isn't it?

It's such a relief to hear that familiar voice. For the moment, some of the fear parading in Lottie's head subsides.]

Y-yeah, just.....[Okay what would be a good semi-lie? Stubbed her toe? Walked into the dresser?]

[Don's come back from one of his expeditions. To be honest, going outside in the Mist chills him to the bone, so he'll just be walking around and checking on his friends. To make sure they're okay.

He comes up to Aqua's door, knocking.] Aqua?

[It might be a good idea for Don to be checking up on everyone. As for Aqua, she wasn't able to do much with Lottie in her room earlier, right after her attack. She's managed to cast a few cure spells to help soothe her right side, but she's finding it to be difficult to wrap a bandage around her ribcage.

There's a muffled hiss from the bluenette. She has a sports bra on and sweatpants, but she doesn't want to move from her bed. On one hand she could tell Don to come in, a bad idea since she wants to handle her wounds on her own. Or get up, slowly get up and walk to the door. Then there's option three, not saying anything. But that would make him worry so...option two seems to be the best choice.]

[She calls out, slowly rising to her feet to walk to her door. She just needs to grab a sweater or something to cover herself up before opening the door.]
