Art Dump? Art Dump.
Went on a friend-requesting rampage just now. Might as well post something to entertain the masses.
I'm trying to make the previews bigger but shit just ends up looking blurry. Oh well. Anyway, this is Toki, obviously, as a companion piece to the sketch of Skwisgaar I posted a while earlier. (Why oh why do I only notice mistakes AFTER I scan the things.) I'm planning on doing a series of all of the guys (including Charles) like this. Speaking of which...
...have a Nathan. Is it just me, or does he look a bit older, here?
Anyway, since doing Metalocalypse fanart, my style has started to evolve out of... something resembling the Uncanny Valley. There are some characters I hadn't drawn in quite some time. So, I decided to take this waist-up-sketch style and give one of my old OCs a whirl:
This is Mr. Bungle, named after the vintage 1950s educational puppet named Mr. Bungle, after which the band Mr. Bungle was ALSO named. (There's a Metalocalypse connection here: band Mr. Bungle > Mike Patton > guest voice as Rikki Kixx, yadda yadda.) I usually just call him B. He's an ice cream truck clown who dislikes children. He also dislikes clowns in general. His clothes aren't supposed to be see-through, I just felt like leaving some of the muscle definition in there. Also where the fuck did his hairline go I don't even. As for the footnotes at the bottom, I was tired. There was also a reason for the Brave Little Toaster things, I don't remember what it was but it was an AWESOME reason. I think Chiki Wartits was on the other side of this paper, heh.
It's four in the morning WHY AM I STILL WEARING MY SNEAKERS. And this gnat won't leave me alone, fuck. At least I hope it's a gnat. Better not wake up with a million bites tomorrow afternoon. ('Cause that's when I wake up.)
I have a bunch more shit but I'll wait 'til tomorrow to post it 'cause I'm greasy and it's late and I've gotta get away from this fucking bug. SEE YA.

Drew this to try to get a handle on the show's style so that eventually, I can draw Jailkloks. I left Jackknife looking kind of unfinished, and also wtf, tea-drinking hand. For some reason I feel like the drawings still look like they're very much "mine" stylistically, but maybe that's because drawing the Warden reminded me of how I used to draw Dib from "Invader ZIM." Old fandoms die hard, as DP says. Oddly enough, I feel the same way about this:

DOODLES. Including my P/T drawing's Facebongs and a little comic strip I might flesh out about how I can't do my weeerrrrrk.
