My Tegomass DVD, grrr...
There's a 15cm slit at the side of my Tegomass DVD TT___TT.

Until what day you d*mn customs learn to not only use knife to slit open packages?!?!
There IS a place to open the plastic bag by hand, BUT you blind people decided to slit open the plastic bag on its side by knife AND slitted over my DVD too

aaaah that sucks D: really customs people need to learn to be more careful~ Not just customs people but any people that handle other people's belongings! My suitcase was like dentend after i picked it up in Japan D:

It's ironic that the people whose works are to handle others' belongings seem to be the most careless & irresponsible ones :/ .

i understand your feelings dear..
i've had the same experienced with my pacific dvd.. they slit through it very hard that it almost reach the dvd itself.. and i was like ASDFGHJJKLL:@#$!^&#$ that time..

It's not the 1st time they did it =.=.
There was one time when I helped my friend buy an artbook of a manga artist she like. The book was shipped to my house, and after I opened the wrapping I found a long slit on its side. That book had a very beautiful cover, but the customs ruined it all. I felt so sorry when I handed over the book to my friend :( .

they should really learn to do their job properly..
we don't deserved that after we pay a lot for the dvd..

I put the DVD on the shelf. I don't think I'm in the mood of watching it.
I'm the kind who is very keen on keeping the stuffs I like/treasure in their best state. So, seeing one of the things I expect to own the most (it's DVD of Tegomass 1st tour after all) with such an obvious damage pains my heart TT__TT.

i'd cry too if that happens to me.
but i haven't ordered the dvd. T.T

The discs are okay, but the case is nearly ruined. If they just made the slit a little bit longer, the plastic of the case (where the paper cover is hold) would be cut apart.
I don't even want to touch the DVD now. Everytime I look at it, my anger grows.
