im a schmuck

i could have got no points had i pleeded guilty

so now i have like 4 or 5 points on my license... great

there goes the rasing of my insurance

What did you do?

Don't believe them, if you would have pleaded guilty, you would hav been shackled and thrown in jail. They were after your civil liberties.

well during the summer i was crusing gratiot, i stoped at a gas station at twelve and gratiot went in and came out, as soon as i left the gas station my friend two-wayed me and said "hey meet me at the gas station"(the one i just left) so i hit the very first turn around which there was a light at, apperently the officer said that i went to a different turn around and disregaurded a stop sign, he tells the judge he saw me roll threw it at 5-10miles an hour what a tool, the judge belevied the officer over me so i got the points and a 110 fine...

Appeal It

Appeal the decsion and get a lawyer you might be able to avoid the points but still have to pay the fine.

well i already paid the fine, if i got a lawyer it would just cost more money i dont have lol, but otherwise good idea
