Who Made You, Nancy Drew?: Fascinating LJ/blog post on Nancy Drew and her continuing influence. (I'll echo neadods in the "Those aren't old" in discussing the 60s/70s era yellow editions that I remember so fondly when I was growing up. I always knew Carolyn Keene wasn't "real" in the sense of being a pseudonym. Annoyed me no end, but still I accepted it.
