So tell me Sean, how do you feel about the book "Robots of Dawn"?

Hell i'll even do your little repost thing if it increases the chances of getting other people to hear that rant.

Damn, I should have lived in the 50's. All the hot geek action I could handle... On the other hand, would have been an utter social outcast due to sexual no-no's, and OH MY GOD, awful poodle skirts. So maybe not...

Nah, you could have been a sexy Beatnik chick. With the the extremely long hair, dressed all in tight fitting black clothes that show off your figure and flaunt your disregard for social convention, along with a look in your eye that shows you live outside of the box with complete disgust for the button down Madison Avenue scene of the squares. It was charming at first, and it still kind of is, but to tell you the truth, a lot of the time I just want to get stuff done. People over here don't really understand the notion of conducting a financial transaction without getting to know the person, at least a little, and the bigger the transaction, the more you need to know them. If one could tan deep enough to pass as not white, that could be pretty awesome. I don't want to be bowed to all over the place, but I could deal with some laid back stuff.
