there's happiness everywhere, you just have to find it. everywhere you go there are things to smile about. go out and eat ice cream. first of all: ice cream! second of all, look at all the little kids eating and dripping and giggling. when you smile at them they think it is the most amazing thing in the world. sing a song as loud as you can on your way to class. grab someone and twirl them around with you as you sing. laugh first, before you commit to any other emotion as a reaction to things. after that your heart feels lighter anyway. spend time with people that make you laugh. and make a rainbow book of love: get many colors of paper and make them into a book. then fill it with all the things that make you happy. when those things are people, write their name on the top of the page and decorate it, but leave room for them to write why you're an amazing person. and just try to smile as you walk around. just smiling can make you feel better, and then you see things to smile about. and we love you, lots and lots.

Well what i have found works, is to think about all the times you felt so miserable that you thought the whole world was trying to hurt you, and then think about how a few days, weeks or months later, it passed and life was great. If you are haveing a rough spell, you'll get through it, cause that is what happens.
Oooooor, chillin with ur best buds reminising on the old times and making funny jokes/stories such a getting a beaver for christmas and the such. Also, calling up noel usually cheers u up. So....do it. or ill call you. ONE WAY!
