I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooo exhausted right now. I'm cooking for the Italian restaurant 'Ristorante Caterina di Meddici' and I'm on banquet station, which means myself and my two partners have to prepare the food for the 40+ person parties that happen every day. All I can say is I'm so happy that I've got people on other stations who can help me
