It's been awhile since my last update, but mostly because things are going well and I therefore have nothing to complain about. I'm done waiting tables in St. Andrew's Cafe, and have moved on to the next class in restaurant row, the kitchen in American Bounty. I'm working the salad station (or garde manger for all the culi's out there) with Monika
