I know Monika and Ben both posted the exact same thing, but I still think it's awesome. For those who don't go to CIA, the chef in these videos, Chef Averbeck, was my Skills 1 and 2 instructor, and so totally cool! It's really reminiscent to watch these students learn from him.

Like Monica said, it's kinda comforting to know they still have the same menus and SOPs that were around when we were in Skills III.

So it looks like you're about to embark on your wines trip in Italy? I'm blushing with envy just writing it. Enjoy it, man. It sounds awesome.
