i hope investment banks hire aggresively soon for the sake of my sad yuppie neighbor. then he can spend all his time playing with fake money instead of playing music into the wee hours of the night.

i shed a tear or two when i moved in and saw their door with a huge 'happy birthday dad' on it. i've never seen a kid. must've been a frat boy prank.
