So, I've discovered that you can melt chocolate chips and dip other food items* into them. Like, pretty much any food items. If these food items are not stable at room temperature, you can chill them until they are stable enough to roll into marbles, then freeze those marbles, then dip those marbles into the melted chocolate chips and pull them ( Read more... )

You could dip mini chips, to turn them into regular chips! Which you could then melt to make more dip, of course.

I made truffles at Christmas! I didn't use chocolate chips, and I didn't put anything very interesting in the middle (they were just chocolate and almond slivers), but yes, it is a mighty power. Good luck to you and your arteries.
