And the answer to your question, I suppose, is 52 times in your life (if you count all four wisdom teeth), although you're not capable of coherent speech for the first set.

Just hope that it's facing the right way. My wisdom teeth grew in with the chewing surface facing the other teeth. Thank you genetics (mom's petite jaw and dad's big teeth).

I hadn't realized you'd never gotten them out! Well, if coming in normally, that should be okay, as long as you can reach it with your toothbrush. (I finally got mine out last month, yay!)
