I am reading a very interesting book currently. It is a fairly heavy (in science fiction terms) sci-fi book set predominately in India. I was drawn to this because a lot of sci-fi tends to be American-centric, or european centric, either on the cover, the locations, or in the makeup of the future. Hermeneutics, when extrapolated from understanding text from texts and intead applied towards understanding life from the aspect of life, usually collapses under the weight of life being existing not as a concrete form or a isolated incident, but too often tied to a more systemic relationship.
