It's Not a Block So Much As a Bottleneck

It's weird what being unable to write for a while will do to inspiration. It's been about a month and a half since I've worked on my dedicated series, and each day makes it a bit harder to want to take some time for it.

So, I dunno. I plan to finish both Don't Go Solo and Lost and Found, but once I do, I'm not sure what I'll do after. Being back

Trust me - I'm pretty sure the last thing I wrote was over two years ago, and I've totally lost the path down which my unfinished story was going, but if I picked it back up tomorrow, I'm pretty sure there are people who would go back to reading it. Because I know there are stories out there, unfinished, that I would go back to reading no matter how long it took before the next part came around. Yours are among those stories.

Take as long as you like. I, for one, will be here.

Looked at some other people's fiction for the first time in a while, and it kinda-I dunno. Set off some possible sparks, maybe.

I'll probably be back in it sooner than never, at least. That's something.

Fanfic is a labor of love, so it's senseless to push yourself to write when you don't actually want to. We'll miss the writing when you're on a hiatus, but we'll still be around when the inspiration inevitably calls you back. =)
