• Weekend was boring... did a lot of reading and baking (Apple crisp, Chocholate chip and cherry cookies, tenessee Caviar (actually for a friday potluck at work), and other such yummyness).  It was nice.  I always forget how much I miss cooking.  I need more people to share it with though.

I'm going to Ohio today... flying out in about 2.5 hours. I just wanted a quiet weekend at home with my immediate family, but mom proceeded to invite the grandparents, so I'm SURE we'll get a few large family meals this weekend (which is both good and bad). Should be a relaxing weekend none-the-less.
