A couple days ago I posted an entry while I was angry, upset, and taking things a little too personally. In the entry, I mentioned Mrs Nakamatsu because she was the teacher at the dance that I was not allowed entry to because I was late. I second this. It sucks, but people are not trustworthy. Anything you post on a public forum can come back to bite you in the ass. People have been fired from their jobs due to what they wrote in their blogs. A couple of years ago, i used a javascript program to go and make all of my previous lj entries friends only so that it would not have to be done manually. I don't remember the exact details, but a google search/ lj faq search should turn something up fairly quickly.

the reason i kept it public was because the majority of my friends that read this journal don't have livejournal accounts, but I still wanna allow them to read my posts.

I just can't believe someone would fucking PRINT IT OUT and show a teacher. i mean god DAMN

I had issues with this too. Not people showing other people my posts, although that could have happened without my knowledge, but with unwanted people reading my lj. Seriously, friends only and friends filters work great. You should try it.
