South Florida. My extended family live in Kansas and Oklahoma, and when I was eight I spent one Christmas with my grandparents in Wichita. I remember my dad waking me up in the middle of the night so he could show me what snow falling from the sky looked like. I still remember that, too. I have this really romanticized idea of snow and winter now, which is probably because my only real memory of it was when I was 8. I've never been back there during the winter to see snow like that since.
It's white. :| And cold. A real bother to get through if it's in heaps, and your car gets snowed in and it's sometimes impossible to get anywhere. That's about it. ...though it glitters prettily in the sun~ And I suppose the actual cozy feeling of being inside by a fireplace while it's snowing outside...
