Yep, and it's so clearly about the administrators inability to deal with kids lagging and less about the inappropriateness of hugging. I say the students should organize a hug-in.

Hmmm. No, I think it becomes inappropriate when administrators cannot seem to create a space where the students respect their rules...or maybe it's just the penetration stuff, really.

Well, I did once see an interview speaking to primary school kids about their attitudes towards sex, and many of the girls thought that giving a boy a blowjob was just something nice to do for him, like shaking hands or hugging.
