My "Essay Writing" teacher, first of all, is kind of an arrogant a-hole. Second of all, when Holly had him as her teacher, he insinuated that liking Tom Robbins was something you grow out of.

He then went on to praise Hunter S. Thompson.

I already could tell, based on your descriptions, that this man was an a-hole. But, what!? I will NEVER outgrow Tom Robbins!!

:(

Sorry that you have to endure that for a semester. You should just write as many Tom Robbins-esque things as possible. Though, that could risk you failing the class.

Dang.

1. I will give you a green M&M if you can guess which TR book my username is a reference to.
2. Have you read TR's self-help book titled "Fuck Yes" written under the pseudonym The Reverend Wing Fu Fing?
-I wrote a letter to him 8 years ago accusing him of writing it and he wrote back telling me he was not The Rvd. but he was arrested for impersonating him at readings.

1. Jitterbug Perfume. Right?
2. No, I have not read "Fuck Yes", but now feel like I must. And, that's amazing that he wrote you back! :)
